- Initiation of enforcement proceedings
- Proposal for voluntary compliance

- Termination, suspension, and return of enforcement documents to the creditor; time limits
- Mandatory payments: enforcement fees and costs

Debtors Registry
- Purpose and legal nature of the Debtors Registry
- Registry administration
- Obligations of state, banking, and other institutions arising from registry records
- Removal from the registry
Day IV - 3 hours
Enforcement Against Movable and Immovable Property
- Seizure of movable property
- Investigation of the debtor’s financial status
- Property exempt from enforcement
- Property valuation
- Inventory and seizure report
- Realization of property
- Sale of movable property by auction (Article 50)
